S7 tolerance (hole) — limit deviations

Upper and lower limit deviations of hole tolerance class S7 (holes use capital letters), in µm (0.001 mm). Add them to the nominal size to get the permitted size range. Example: a Ø25 S7 hole must be between 24.952 and 24.973 mm.

Note: The JIS B 0401 table of preferred fits gives no values above 250 mm, and none of the technical charts we checked go beyond 250 mm.

“—” means no primary source with values was found for that size range (we do not fill gaps by calculation).
