f7 tolerance (shaft) — limit deviations

Upper and lower limit deviations of shaft tolerance class f7 (shafts use lower-case letters), in µm (0.001 mm). Add them to the nominal size to get the permitted size range. Example: a Ø25 f7 shaft must be between 24.959 and 24.980 mm.
