js7 tolerance (shaft) — limit deviations

Upper and lower limit deviations of shaft tolerance class js7 (shafts use lower-case letters), in µm (0.001 mm). Add them to the nominal size to get the permitted size range. Example: a Ø25 js7 shaft must be between 24.989 and 25.011 mm.
