C95400
ISO N (non-ferrous)Aluminum bronze castings (Cu-Al-Fe type; strength can be raised by TQ50 heat treatment; commonly called Aluminum Bronze 9C). Number: UNS C95400. Standard: ASTM B148 (sand castings), B271/B271M (centrifugal castings), B505/B505M (continuous castings), B806 (permanent mold castings), B30 (ingot), SAE J461/J462, etc. (CDA Applicable Specifications).
🌐JIS and international equivalents
“Close” means composition or properties are not exactly the same. Before substituting, check the values in each standard.

Differences between the equivalents (from the sources)
- JIS CAC702: The domestic casting maker J-Mate Copper Products lists "CAC702 and CAC702C as the JIS equivalents of C95400 (Cu 83 min, Al 10–11.5, Fe 3–5)" in a table. However, the compositions do not match: CAC702 is Cu 80.0–88.0, Al 8.0–10.5, Fe 2.5–5.0, Ni 1.0–3.0, Mn 0.1–1.5 (Wada Gokin). C95400 has higher Al (10.0–11.5) and Ni of 1.5 max with no lower limit. The CAC702 requirements of tensile strength 490 min, elongation 20 min and HB 120 min (Wada Gokin, Genyo) also differ from C95400's B148 M01 (515 min, 12 min, HB 150 min). CAC703 (formerly AlBC3) is a nickel aluminum bronze with Ni 3.0–6.0, and J-Mate matches CAC703 to EN CC333G. The sources say "equivalent", but because the composition differences are large, this table uses "close"
- EN CuAl10Fe2-C: The UK continuous casting maker Copper Alloys Ltd lists "GC CC331G", "BS1400 AB1" and "DIN 2.0940 (GK CuAl10Fe)" as equivalents of C95400. The composition range of CC331G could not be confirmed in primary sources (an aggregating database used only as a lead shows Al 8.5–10.5 and Fe 1.5–3.5, lower in Al and Fe than C95400). CuAl10Fe5Ni5-C (CC333G) is a nickel aluminum bronze with Ni 4–6 and is closer to C95500 than to C95400 (J-Mate matches CC333G to CAC703)
- GB : ZCuAl10Fe3 and others come up as leads, but no primary source stating a correspondence with C95400 was found
